We are looking for a housemate to fill one room in our apartment - an absolute hidden gem in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

Move-in date is October 1st, 2024. The rent is $1,266.67 per month; utilities (internet, electricity, gas) are roughly $100 per person per month.

The apartment is a spacious, well-lit 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment with a shared living / dining room, skylight in the living room, and a balcony. It is located close to Utica Ave station (3 & 4).

The bedroom is partially furnished with a big closet. It is the most tranquil of the three rooms: it overlooks the tree-filled interior of the block; being Eastern facing, it gets great natural light through the morning and mid-day.

We are looking for a housemate who is warm, grounded, engaged, and respectful of other people’s privacy and space. We keep a fairly quiet and calm space but enjoy the bright moments together and are open to more communal activities (co-working at home, the occasional dinner party). We maintain a very clean apartment free of clutter; we rotate a weekly house cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Pets are allowed in the building but are not looking to accommodate pets in the apartment - apologies!
