I'm seeking a roommate to share my beautiful Humboldt Park apartment. This is a re-post after I found a great roommate for three months via the listings project!

About the Apartment: A third floor (walk-up) apartment with three bedrooms, one bath, a dining room, a living room and two porches. Hardwood floors throughout with plants, lots of light and comfortable furniture. Half a block from Humboldt Park and a block and a half from the 606. Shared coin-operated laundry on site. The apartment is fully furnished; the open room has a large closet and is available furnished or unfurnished. I use the third bedroom as my office. This is a strictly pet-free home.

The Particulars: The rent is $1000, including all utilities (a/c window unit, heat, electric, Internet). Open to a month-to-month commitment.

About Me: Mid-thirties, originally from Chicago and moved back in 2020 from New York. I own my own business working with filmmakers and artists on community engagement and education. I work from home, so I would imagine that this would be a better fit for someone who does not work from home, but I'm open to all scenarios. Generally, the apartment is very quiet and chill - my partner lives across the park, and we are friends with our building neighbors and folks down the block - small dinners are frequent, but generally its a pretty quiet/peaceful household.

I am not a neat freak, but work to maintain a nice, clean and comfortable home. You won't find me scrubbing the bathroom with a toothbrush.
