Looking for a (responsible! clean! tidy! chill!) roommate, someone in their late 20's or in their 30's who is financially responsible (proof of income), or if not, is able to sign with a guarantor. we would be signing a new lease, so you'd be required to fill out an application (40x the rent, good credit score, etc)

- rent is $1450 for medium sized room (it a queen or full bed w room for a dresser or desk and more) utilities can range from $50-150 per month

- room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished!

- apartment is in a really great, central location - 15 min walk to the L at Halsey st., 10 min walk to the M at Forest Ave,

• ⁠i have 2 cats! and though they would love more animal friends, we're at the pet limit for the apartment

- building only has 1 other unit, one above mine, and ive never not once heard them! (read: thick cielings)

- this is a 2nd floor apt, there are 1 1/2 flights of stairs

- Landlord is super responsive!

-Looking for a roommate who is not going to "bring the party home", sober or sober light preferred.

-dishwasher, huge kitchen!
