I'm 31 and I've been living in this apartment for 5 years. I'm looking for a Female roommate between the ages of 27 - 33.

I have 2 cats Etta & Eilish and I work in music publishing. Most days I work from home and my office will be set up in my room.

There is an incredible basement here set up as a recording studio. My friends and I use it to record live music sessions on the weekends.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs.
