You’d be sharing the apartment with one roommate—a straight woman (designer/professional) in her late 20s who works in Manhattan most days of the week. The space is POC and LGBTQ+ friendly.

The apartment is bright, clean, and on a quiet street half a block from Herbert Von King Park, and within walking distance of the Bedford–Nostrand subway station.

Looking for someone to sublet one unfurnished room (in an otherwise furnished apartment) for a minimum of 1 month and up to 8 months, with the possibility of a lease takeover at the end of the year.
