Hi! My roommate is moving out in mid-October so I have an 8ftx12ft room available for rent or short-term sublet! The apartment is on the third floor and includes a dishwasher, living area, heat/AC in each room and a hallway closet. The room features a small closet and can come either furnished or unfurnished (my roommate is offering to leave some stuff in case you do not have furniture to move in). The building includes a gym, laundry, and rooftop with no amenity fee.

Hi! I am a 29 year old woman who moved to Ridgewood a year ago. I work in ad sales in a hybrid office, so am usually out of the apartment at max 3 days for work. I also love running, photography, and movies!

I get up slightly early for work when I have to go in, however usually like sleeping in on weekends. I also like having people over occasionally but never too late and usually pretty quiet when people are over. I am also pretty clean with the common areas and bathroom- no smoking allowed in the apartment as well.
