Looking for a lovely person to rent the basement level bedroom in my spacious 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment in the best area of Greenpoint. I am heading overseas from April 28 - June 1st and need to sublet my room while I am away.
This bedroom features a large wardrobe + closet with plenty of wooden hangers, a large wooden dresser, a wooden cabinet, wooden shaker style peg coat rail storage, a wooden fold out desk with comfortable stool, a mirror, a bookcase and a new queen size bed with two night stands and Tala dimmer lights. The room also has an app controlled fan that is also a white noise sound machine. Please ignore any of my clothes in the photos. Everything will be emptied out and professionally cleaned like a hotel room for you.
The room has its own entrance and exit through the walk in closet. There is also a 1/2 bath, another mobile work desk, a large sectional leather sofa with coffee table, 80 inch OLED screen, record player, Sonos speakers and sliding glass door to the backyard. Laundry is also on this same level.
Upstairs on the ground level, there's a lovely dining room space, kitchen and full bath with shower/bath tub.
The upstairs bedroom is occupied by my awesome roommate Crystal who loves making floral arrangements in her spare time.
This apartment is in a secure building (never had a package stolen) with quiet, respectful neighbors. With a private backyard, and located on a quiet street a half block from gorgeous McGolrick Park, it's a great place to be for the spring!
You'll be super close to the B48 bus stop and the Nassau Ave G train, as well as the Graham L train stop. There's also Citibikes on the block and more at the park.

Personal apartment meet and greet (or FaceTime chat + apt tour) + Photo ID and signed occupancy agreement. I am the tenant, so this will be a temporary occupancy agreement, and the agreement will reflect those terms. Must provide both first month's rent + a $1000 security deposit (that will be reimbursed at end of sublet, provided that there's nothing it needs to cover). Rent includes all utilities including wifi. No pets, and keep in mind this apartment is not 'child-proof' if you are having a guest over.
