I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in my apartment in Greenpoint. The sublease will start January 1st and end March 31st. The apartment is a three bedroom, one bath. There are two other roommates, they are good friends of mine and really excellent living companions. We are hoping to find someone kind and sociable who is happy to share our communal living space. They both work from home occasionally but not consistently. We keep the apartment clean and all participate in caring for it. This is a great apartment and would definitely feel like a home to the right person! It’s a small building, the landlords live downstairs and there is one more apartment above ours.
The bedroom has a second room attached, I keep it empty for bodywork practice but it could be easily used as an office or craft space. It comes furnished as pictured and there is some closet space.
Other details! This is a second floor walk up. We have a dishwasher. There is no laundry in the building, but there are laundry mats within walking distance. There are various grocery stores within walking distance as well.

I am 30 years old, female using she/her pronouns. I am an arborist. I do have a cat but the cat will be traveling with me so will not be at the apartment during the sublease time period.
The first roommate is mid 30s, female. She is a freelance journalist from France.
The second roommate is late 20s, female. She works for the German UN in immigration. She will be in between jobs at that time but likely working for the UN again here in NYC come spring.
Both of them are responsible and kind. Social but respectful of space and privacy. We are not a big party house, more of a movies on the couch type of house!
