Subletting my room in a luxury 2 bed 1 bath apartment! The building was built in 2022, and has amenities including a gym, co-working space, amazing rooftop with grills and 360 city views, and washer/dryers on each floor. You're invited to visit the apartment in person or we can do a video tour!

Dates: August 1 - September 10 (or shorter, flexible)
Location: Prospect Heights/ Crown Heights border
Roommate: You'll be sharing the space with my considerate, male roommate-- my friend since 2018. J is an early 30s artist and PhD student who is out of the apartment most of the day. He enjoys visiting art showings on the weekends.

Room: medium-sized room, floor to ceiling window with great light, views of the Manhattan skyline. Full-sized bed, desk, and sofa chair. Optionally, I can leave my musical keyboard.
Living room: sofa, dining table, functional kitchen including dishwasher.

Neighborhood: <10 min walk to the charming businesses on Vanderbilt Ave and on Franklin Ave. Tree-lined streets, short bike ride to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza Farmers Market, and more! Closest train is the Clinton/Washington C, also walk-able to all the trains at Barclay Center (2, ​3, ​4, ​5​, B, ​D, N, ​Q​, R, ​W​ )

I am charging $3150 which covers my rent + utilities for the 40 days! Cost can be prorated if you'd like to stay shorter than 40 days, and I can also take ~$300 off the cost if you waive you waive your use of my closet (it'll save me packing time!)
