Hello!

We are looking for a third roomate for our spacious second floor walkup 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment near the northwest corner of Central Park and Morningside park. Current residents are two friends, specifically a 30 year old man and recent Columbia grad (Henry) and 29 year old woman recently relocated from the west coast (Katya). Open to roommates of any gender identity and as the third roomate you would be sharing a bathroom with the female roomate Katya. We are clean and relaxed and enjoy films, live music, cooking, spending time in the park, and exercise.

We are searching for a kind, clean, and respectful third roomate to take the room for a period of a few months or potentially as long as until the current lease ends on may 15 2026 (potentially longer if we end up resigning and it is a good fit!). The apartment is generally a quieter space and we do not hold parties or large gatherings. Building has multiple families with young children residing - no incidences of package theft or any illegal activity in the 3 years I have been in the building.

While you are welcome to work from home in your own bedroom, the common area/living room is not available as a full time WFH space. Kitchen is fully supplied and you are welcome to share our utilities (coffee maker, air fryer, instant pot etc) as long as they are kept clean.

Our own romantic partners may spend 1-3 nights a week or so at most with us and you are welcome to have yours do the same if desired, however they may not spend more than a couple nights in the house/week.

DIMENSIONS: 12 FT long by 7 FT WIDE wall to wall (not including depth of closet)

Previous roommates have fit a full sized bed and small desk/chair in this room comfortably. It is the smallest of the 3 rooms and your rent is commensurately cheaper than the other 2 roommates.
