Rent my room in my house in Echo Park! We live in a beautiful area, easy access to downtown, east hollywood, chinatown, everywhere around here is a quick drive.
We have a large back porch, a small art studio shed that you can use, big kitchen overlooking echo park/silver lake. Lots of natural light, especially in my room. You can see the Hollywood sign from the bed as we live on top of a hill. You can use my bike and my gaming PC as well.
2 roommates, both queer women in their 20’s so similar applicant preferred. 3 chill friendly cats as well.

I 28M live with my sister and our good friend, both 25F. We live a relaxed lifestyle here, we just expect that you respect the space like it was your own. Our main concern is that our indoor cats never get outside, thats pretty much the one big rule.
