We are traveling for the Christmas break and are subletting a room in our beautiful 2br, 1bath, apartment in Bed-Stuy.

It is available Dec 18–Jan 25, and you will have the apartment to yourself for almost all of that period—a friend will be staying in the guest room for 10 days around NYE.

The room has a queen bed and a big closet space. The apartment is super bright and fully furnished. It has a spacious, open layout combining office desk, living room (with a projector), dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The place is located on a peaceful street in Bedford Stuyvesant.
Everything you need is just a short walk away, including groceries, laundromat, cafes, bars, etc. The area has a wonderful vibe and great community feel.

Manhattan is a short train ride from the A/C Utica station or the J/M/Z at Myrtle-Broadway. If you drive, parking is exceptionally easy on our street.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with just 3 apartments, and accessible via two flights of stairs.

We would love for a person to stay for the entire period but will consider a shorter stay too, prorating the monthly rent. The price is $1,800/month, utilities and wifi included.

And we would appreciate it if you have a green thumb and can take care of our plants!

About This Lister

You will be alone in the apartment since both tenants are away, except from 10 days, from 12/28-01/08, when my friend will come to stay in one of the rooms.

It would be great if the person that rents the apartment is above all respectful of our cherished space. A plant lover would be amazing cause they are the real roommates. They do not need too much work. It would be great if that person is quiet, so our neighbors feel respected too.
