Set in a historic brownstone in Fort Greene, this spacious bedroom is for sublet from the end of January to the end of March. At the end of the lease in March, you would have the option of staying on for longer. In July, the other bedroom in the apartment will be opening up, and you would have the option to sign a new lease.

About the space:
- The apartment is a prewar brownstone, with gorgeous original tiles, herringbone wood floors, and incredibly high ceilings. The apartment is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit, with a large open living space in between the rooms.
- The room for sublet is located at the back of the building with little to no street noise.
- The bedroom has three very large windows, exposing the room to plenty of natural light.
- The room will not be furnished.
- The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator and ample storage space.
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.
- The other bedroom is located on the opposite side of the apartment, and very little sound is exchanged between the bedrooms.
- Sadly, pets are not allowed by the building.

- He's a clean, polite, thoughtful, respectful, and emotionally mature person who has been pleasant to live with.
- He will be moving out at the end of the lease, so you could fill the other bedroom with a friend, or move in with a partner after the lease ends.
