This is a brightly-lit north-facing room in a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Park Slope off of the F and G trains. One block away from Prospect Park, this apartment is located in a four-story walk-up on the top floor. The apartment gets a lot of light and is located in a quiet residential apartment building. The neighborhood is walkable and surrounded by beautiful brownstones, cute coffee shops, and cool bookstores.

With hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and plenty of closet space, this room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and dresser. Tenant will need to provide their own linens and pillows. This is a clean and quiet apartment with two other respectable male roommates. We are looking for a clean, considerate, and quiet roommate that will respect common spaces and maintain a balanced living space.

Amenities include a dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. There is no in-unit laundry but there are two laundromats within a 1-2 block radius.
