This is a lease takeover for July 1 (lease ends April 2026) living in a sweet bungalow with yard and extra shed hangout space, with 2 bright, easygoing, professional, kind women in their 30s and two pups. Open to mid July start too.
I’m unfortunately leaving this lovely abode to move back to the east coast, and sad to leave a great space and my housemates will be missed.
This is a walkable area for anyone new to LA. We are close to some great cafés, coffee shops, (Picnic Coffee, etc), shops, and a Target.
The room for rent is cozy but lots of space! It gets amazing natural light and a good breeze.
The room:
-10x10.5
-Unfurnished
-Large closet
-Shares a large bathroom with one other roommate, with a full bath
The home is a modern, quiet, cozy, well-appointed 3-bed 2-bath back house on a residential street with:
-A big kitchen with modern appliances, tons of countertop space
-In-unit washer/dryer
-Dishwasher
-Sizable backyard
-Raised garden bed 🥕
-Off-street parking (2 spots, we'll rotate monthly if you drive)
-A large 11x13ft studio space in addition to the main house (where we play music/have people over for dinner, etc)
-Two fluffy non-shedding dogs: one tiny, one medium-sized
-Central location, very close to the 101
-Gated fence/security in front
The roommates are both named Sarah in their 30's, and they like their home to be a relaxed, clean, stable, restful place.

We keep quiet hours from 11ish on, and we both work really hard, often in our rooms or in the studio or office. We give each other space and privacy but pride ourselves on being direct communicators. It's not a party home--we have a few parties a year with a ton of heads up; it's more of the occasional casual dinner/gentle, silly, supportive home.

Rental requirements:
The management company uses RentSpree for screenings and financial documents. You'll fill out an application with them and go through the TransUnion screening. The application fee is $49.99.
