Relax and enjoy our spacious apartment right on Central Park West! Very convenient to subway, restaurants, shopping. LGBTQ BIPOC friendly building in a great neighborhood! Bedroom has a small private bathroom with shower, and there's another bathroom with tub down the hall. Bedroom windows face Central Park and get tons of light. Black out curtain provided. We have an upright piano, hardwood floors, big open living room, dining room and kitchen. Fun/Funky decor (we have a furry chair and a chandelier) neighbors are very cool and friendly. Our place is 1200 sq feet. Windows face Central Park, living room faces a beautiful building across the street on the corner of 106/CPW shown in photos.Central Park views in the photos are taken from the bedroom and living room windows. Sheets/towels/kitchen items all included, ready to move in. Utilities included. I'm a singer, use our piano! There is an elevator and laundry in the building, and our super lives in the building. Easy 4 min walk to B/C train and 10 min walk to 1 train or 2/3 express. Citibikes across the street.
We love our peaceful apartment/neighborhood and have lived there over 15 years. I raised my son here. LGBTQ friendly and diverse building. Living right on Central Park is a special feature we love and hope you enjoy too!

I'm an actor/singer/voice actor. I'm also a mom, and my child grew up in our apartment. Now that he has moved away, I am based here and go back and forth to LA at times. If I book an out of town show, you will have the place to yourself. We have a small dog named Nico who is very friendly/quiet. We love this neighborhood, have lived here over 15 yrs!
