I'm looking for a sublease-to-lease takeover for my room in a spacious Bushwick apartment (3 bed/2bath) off the DeKalb L train and Myrtle-Wyckoff M/L. 2nd floor walk-up in secure building.

The room (~10 ft by 12 ft) has a Juliet balcony, closet and great natural light.

The main apartment has a spacious and bright living room + kitchen, as well as dishwasher and laundry in-unit. The natural light is definitely a huge perk.

I currently live with 2 lovely woman roommates in their late 20s, one of whom works in-person 9-5 Mon-Fri and one who leaves during the week to work upstate (both work in education). There is a bathroom in the main space that I share with one of my roommates.

We also have a dog who's incredibly friendly + well-behaved (he's a therapy dog and trained service dog).

Looking for someone to move in March 15 (date flexible) through the end of my lease (April 30), with the option to extend for another year and re-sign the lease if everyone enjoys the setup!

Rent: $1400/month, + security deposit (1 month of rent)
