Looking for a chill, lovely roommate in Bushwick/Ridgewood Brooklyn! Currently offering the room until March 1st, but could be available beyond that point. Move-in/start day could be as soon as August 1st.

On the first floor, two bedrooms are connected by a communal kitchen and bathroom, with each bedroom having its own private entrance/exit into the apartment.

The available bedroom is at the front of the building and faces the quiet street. It’s currently furnished with a futon, couch, coffee table, accent chair, storage cubes, and a standing clothing rack.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, etc. There is a breakfast nook and plenty of storage.

The stairway in the kitchen leads down to the garden level, with a cozy den and private outdoor space.

Your roommate is a music producer, artist and comedian. She works a few days remote and a few days on site and is almost always performing at night. Her entrance is on the other side of the apartment, so it's very private.

Looking for someone who is tidy but can stand the charm of a lived-in apartment.
