The room is 11.5’ x 12’ and is north-east facing with tree coverage. The building was built in the 1930s and has amazing natural light, hardwood floors, plastered walls, vaulted ceilings, and two patios. Great location right off Sunset Boulevard in the heart of Echo Park, within walking distance of the lake to the south and Elysian Park to the north. Close proximity to many bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Washer/dryer in unit, tandem parking space, and water is included in rent. WiFi and other utilities average ~$100 a month.

You’d be living with me, a late 20s creative working in architecture. I’m clean and like having the space feel comfortable but tidy. I’m looking for someone who similarly takes care of their space and feels a responsibility to contribute to maintaining its cleanliness. I work from home in my office two days of the week, but enjoy being active, social, and occasionally hosting gatherings. The ideal candidate also prioritizes open communication and being transparent about issues so that they can be resolved. Sublet dates are flexible.
