The shared kitchen and living room are bright and sunny. The bathroom is shared and compact. This is a fourth-floor walk-up with no doorman. I am travling for work, so the apartment offers a level of privacy rare for a share. Located on 8th Avenue, the building is a short walk to the High Line, Meatpacking District, and galleries. Ideal for a stable, independent individual looking for a calm home base.

a three-month stay to start is preferable, with month-to-month flexibility thereafter. Move-in requires the first month’s rent and half a month’s security deposit. Heat, gas, and Wi-Fi are included; electricity is split. Keeping the place clean is a priority; but not overly rigid. Open to sharing a cleaning service. References and a quick meet-and-greet are appreciated.
