-Fully furnished with fold-down desk, bed (converts to futon), and shelving
-Large closet
-Best suited for someone who works outside the home or hybrid (not ideal for full-time remote work)

Apartment:
-Classic pre-war details: exposed brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings
-Beautiful afternoon light
-Spacious living room with couch, TV, dining table
-Fully stocked kitchen (air fryer, blender, kettle, etc.)
-Washer/dryer in unit !!!!
-3rd-floor walk-up (2 flights up)
-Clean, well-cared-for home. Looking for someone who will care for it well!

Neighborhood:
-2 minutes to J/M Hewest St.
-5 minutes to G Broadway
-10-minute walk to L Lorimer St.
-15 minutes to Manhattan, Very accessible to other parts of Brooklyn and Queens.
-Quiet, residential pocket of Williamsburg with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants

Price/Dates/Details:
-$1,300 for April (utilities + Wi-Fi included)
-$650 refundable security deposit
-April 1–30 (flexibility on move-in date; can be as early as Sunday, March 29 if needed)
