The room is on the lower floor of a spacious 2 story, 2 full bath, 3 bedroom apartment in Cobble Hill just three blocks from the F/G Bergen stop. It has lots of south-facing light, powerful ac, a large closet, full bed (xl), desk, nightstand, etc. and exclusive use of the downstairs full bath. Bath has lots of storage and a full tub and shower, so yeah, you can soak if that's your thing. :)

The 3rd fl apartment is bright, cozy, and clean, has hardwood floors, comfy furniture, and happy plants in a huge common area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There's a Miele washer/dryer in the unit, a door buzzer/intercom system, and locked bike storage. It's a great space and vibe and is even more lovely in person.

The building is on a beautiful, tree-lined, brownstone block. There's a grocery store, Trader Joe's, fruit stand, and movie theater, plus great restaurants and bars nearby.
