I am looking for a roommate in Bushwick apartment. Available starting November 1st.

It could be available a week or two before then depending on some logistics. The current occupant will leave after October 15th and we will need to repaint and reset the room.

The Room
- Private entrance on second floor
- 11’ x 15’ room. 165 square feet.
- This is NOT a railroad style apartment. We both have our own entrances to our rooms.
- We share a kitchen and bathroom that is in the middle of the apartment. I have my own room on the other end of the apartment.
- No shared common/living room in the apartment as a whole, but bedroom is spacious. Not like in a fake way as most apartment listings are. It’s actually a nice amount of space for one person.

The Building/The Apartment
- Located near Wilson Ave and Flushing Ave in Bushwick.
- 5 minute walk from the Morgan L Train.
- 12 minute walk from Myrtle Ave/Broadway JMZ Train.
- A short walk to the Jefferson street area with lots of bars and clubs if that is your thing.
- Utilities are around $120ish a month for fast internet [300mb] and electricity. [Is higher in the summers with AC.]
- There are two friendly cats who live in the apartment currently. But will not be in your room as long as the door is closed. Former roommates had cat allergies with no issues. I sweep weekly.
- Shared kitchen and bathroom are always kept clean.
- No additional pets unfortunately. Could consider a cat possibly. But no dogs, sorry.
- 4 apartment building. Bar and restaurant downstairs. Many delis close by.
- If you have a car it’s easy to park nearby. On occasion when I I have had a car for work for weeks at a time it was very easy to park within in a few blocks.

- There isn’t a common/living room so its definitely going to be a quiet/private roommate situation.
- No tobacco smoke in the house. Weed is fine just blow it out the window.
