The walk-up apartment gets a lot of light through its bay windows and skylight in the studio room. It also has amenities like a dishwasher, laundry in basement. The kitchen has a surplus of cabinets, ample counter space, and a funky light strip that lights the space at night. The street is treelined and a block from a park.

The room being rented has a queen bed, a desk, closet and separate bathroom from roommate. Two cats. My musician roommate will be here. He tends to hang in his room mostly and is very even keeled.
