Hi! My room in Bed-stuy is available from 12/1 to 2/6 while I travel to Taiwan. It's up upstairs room with a private bath overlooking the courtyard. The bed is a custom fit loft that's very sturdy, but accessibility will be an issue if you can't climb stairs or a ladder.

You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate and her dog marble (cavapoo, hypoallergenic). She home much of the time writing and reading. The main living space is large and open. Kitchen is well equipped (roommate loves cooking). There is a courtyard area accessible through the roommate's bedroom. Apartment has in-unit laundry in the basement.

There are two grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. Utica A/C and Gates J/Z stations are about 12-15 min walk depending on how fast you are.

note: I don't fly out until 12/4 and will be staying in the basement for my last few days to make subleasing easier.
