I'm renting a room in my 2bd/2bth apartment for a 6 month term, with option to extend. The space is really great. Apartment is on a tree-lined street adjacent to a nice neighborhood park. The room is a good size and can fit a full bed comfortably with a desk and dresser. Large windows with lots of natural light, and a private bathroom with a shower. The room itself is not furnished, but the living areas are (I have some extra bedroom furniture available). Lots of amenities, all listed below. I've lived here for 4 years and really love it.

Need to be pet-friendly as I live with my dog Freddy (pictured). He is a Border Collie/Pit Bull mix, and is very sweet. Loves to hang out. He sheds but not in the way where you’d need a lint roller.

About This Lister

I am a 25 year old queer man, open to living with anyone who is a good fit. My job is remote, so I spent a lot of time in the apartment, but will be out at least a few nights a week. I keep things reasonably clean, though some dishes left in the sink isn’t a big deal.
