Seeking a kind and considerate roommate to move into a lovely unfurnished bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Bushwick, across the street from Maria Hernandez Park.

The room is spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful view of the park through arched brick windows. The apartment also features an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy shared furnished living room area. Close proximity to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and 3 blocks from the Jefferson L subway stop.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
Tidiness, maturity, and good communication skills are critical. An ideal roommate would be a professional around my approximate age. Bonus points for dog lovers! The room is only available for single occupancy, no pets please.

Rent: $1700 + Utilities (Around $50 per month per person)
Move-in cost is first months rent and deposit
Term: 6 month minimum, but longer stays are preferred.
Move in date: July 15, 2026, somewhat flexible
No additional pets allowed
Applicants must complete a background check and credit check
as a requirement of the landlord.
