I'm 33 years old, male, Film Director and agency co-founder looking for roommate who cares about keeping a space stylish and clean and wants to be a part of making the house a home. If we really hit it off I would consider extending the lease.
I have lived here alone for a while and am taking my time to find the right roommate. The living room is a shared space but would have my work desk there as I work from home 9-5 monday through friday and would prefer somebody who worked at an office.
Other deets: I'm an artist and competitive volleyballer, I love running around the city and being pretty social. Originally from San Diego and lived in Brooklyn 4 years. I appreciate home decor. About once a month I'll have friends over for our DND campaign or host a little painting night in the living room with friends.
