Bedroom has a full size bed with frame, white curtain, & window AC. Good size closet with a lot of vertical storage. Window with fire escape that gives room medium amount of light.
Apartment is furnished, wood floors, lots of light, cozy, large dining table, nice amount of counter space, small bathtub/shower.
Utilities not included in rent. WiFi, electricity, & gas.

You are: A clean, nice, quiet, human, who can share a space respectfully. Don't have pets. Doesn't WFH a great deal. Again, cleans up after themselves.
