I am 40 years old, Italian, and have been living in New York for a year. I work as a producer for a fashion agency, I am a private chef, I take photos, and I manage a few DJs. I spend most of my time away from home, except for weekday evenings, which I love to spend at home, cooking and watching a movie. On weekends, I usually go out dancing. I don't host parties at home, but I do organize dinners when I have time. I often cook and prepare culinary events. I like to think of my home as my sanctuary. It has to be a space where all three of us feel comfortable and have no problem communicating and sharing space. If you see dirt, you clean it up without waiting for someone else to do it, and you respect other people's space and time. In my house, we live together, which means we don't lock ourselves in our rooms and never show ourselves. These are fundamental principles for me, so please keep them in mind if you are considering sending a request.
I'll try to reply as soon as possible to messages from people who seem most compatible with me. If you want to send me your Instagram in your reply email, it could be really useful in helping me understand if we're a good match.
Preferably a one-year lease. No special documents are required, but a two-month deposit is required in advance. The rent does not include utilities, which will be minimal, only gas and electricity to be divided among 3 people.
My home should be a peaceful and friendly environment. I like to organize dinners with my roommates, watch movies together, and I want to create a nice living situation. So I prefer people with similar tastes and lifestyles. The landlady is Uruguayan, she is a friend and lives downstairs. I am Italian and want to maintain a European style of living in the house.
Unfortunately no dogs are allowed, just cats (max 2)
