Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Bed-Stuy, we have rooms available in a two-story duplex with a roof deck and a three-story triplex with a backyard. We’re opening up both spaces and are looking to welcome a few more roommates, with shared common areas across the units. We’re also flexible and open to renting either unit separately. Only one unit would be rented at a time, as we would be living in the other.

The duplex has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The triplex has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Both units include new washer and dryers, stainless steel appliances, 65-inch 4K smart TVs, AC units in every room, large closets, ample storage, and Philips Hue smart lighting throughout the house.

Rent varies by room and unit and is still being finalized. We’re open to flexible arrangements, including renting multiple rooms to one person or a couple for bedrooms, office space, or studio use.

Approximate pricing:
Primary bedrooms: $1750–1900
Secondary bedrooms: around $1550
Smaller triplex room: $1000 as an add-on to a secondary bedroom, or it could function as shared space
Large finished basement with windows and a glass door: $1400

Guarantors are welcome. All utilities are included (electric, gas, water, and Verizon internet).

The neighborhood is close to excellent restaurants, bars, and local shopping. Bushwick is about 10 minutes away by car, bike, or bus, and Williamsburg is roughly 15 minutes away. Lower Manhattan is approximately 25–30 minutes via the A train. Close to the A/C express stop..
