Herbs Fit Life is a handcrafted wellness brand that grows and harvests many of the herbs and flowers used in our products each year. We specialize in natural remedies for pain relief and inflammation, alongside a variety of wellness essentials and seasonal, limited-edition creations. Every product is made in small batches with care, quality, and sustainability at the heart of what we do.
We’re seeking professional, engaging, and sales-savvy Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team for the busy holiday season. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable shopping experience while introducing customers to our natural, handcrafted products.
Position Details
Locations: Bryant Park Winter Village & Union Square Holiday Market
Dates: Mid-October – January 2nd
Availability: Weekends required; weekday and evening shifts available
Hours: Full-time & part-time positions available
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and offer knowledgeable, enthusiastic product recommendations
- Share the mission, story, and unique qualities of Herbs Fit Life products
- Demonstrate professional and reliable work habits, including punctuality and preparedness
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting booth displays
- Help meet sales goals through engaging, consultative selling
- Support restocking and inventory management as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers
- Proven retail or sales experience — especially in artisan markets, craft fairs, or specialty retail
- Ability to sell with genuine warmth and wholesome charisma
- Reliable, responsible, and professional in both demeanor and work ethic
- Passion for wellness, herbal remedies, and handcrafted items is a big plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
