A two story, two bedroom furnished country house built in 1890 surrounded by 13 acres of lush wetlands and forest, inhabited by wild turkeys, deer, rabbits, and snapping turtles...and the stars at night are truly breathtaking. Nature here will astound you!

The house is simply and beautifully furnished, with wide plank wood floors and has an open floor plan downstairs with a kitchen, main room with exposed wood ceiling and giant bay windows, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a half bathroom and laundry. The main room is perfect for a yoga or art practice. The upstairs has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one full bathroom. The view from the primary bedroom will render you unable to leave it for long periods of time! The home is quiet, clean, and very cozy in summer and winter.

This home is located in Clinton Corners in Dutchess County NY, and is a 15-minute drive from the towns of Rhinebeck and Red Hook, and 25 minutes to Hudson and Kingston, 35 minutes to Woodstock. It is 4 miles from the Omega Institute.

I cherish this home and the land it resides on. It is a truly special location, and I am honored to share it with the right people, who will value the jewel that it is. This place stole my heart the moment I walked into the house, not to mention the land!

It is a very peaceful and tranquil setting, it offers serene contemplative space and all of the beauty that Nature has to reveal to us. It is also very centrally located to many towns and cities where there is a lot going on, so it is the best of both worlds.

I will be keeping the small guest house behind the main house for myself when I am in town. I will be spending much of my time this year on the west coast, and want to leave my precious home to someone who will feel the same way that I do about it.
