I'm a Brazilian artist based in São Paulo who'll be in town for the summer at Tisch. I'm looking for a swap with someone coming to Brazil for the summer. My dates are 07/12 to 13/08.

My apartment is a duplex loft recently redone and carefully curated by me. It's located in Pinheiros, close to Praça Benedito Calixto, a hyped part of town.

The place is 1BR, 1 ensuite bathroom, and 1 social toilet/laundry space downstairs. Air conditioning, wifi, automated blackout windows, and all appliances included - dishwasher, in-unit dry, and washing machines. It's a sunny apartment in the nicest building in town - the neighbors are fantastic and will surely welcome you :)

I'm looking for a nice place to stay for a month in Brooklyn and Manhattan, preferably close to the train.
