My partner and I are looking for a spacious 1 bed or 2 bed on the Upper West Side (ideally around 66th-76th St), or West Village. We are also potentially open to Chelsea, Flatiron, or East Village. Open to a sublet turned into a lease. Our budget is 5500, although potentially willing to go up to 6k for the right place. Ideal start is April 15th, but we are flexible.
