King bed in main bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom; 3rd room quite empty, can be refurnished as bedroom or office.
The large pieces of furniture (table, sofa, beds) stay in the house. There is no room for storing large pieces of furniture in the house or site. There is closet space in 2 bedrooms and along a hallway.
