My boyfriend (45M) and I (42F) are moving from Park Slope, Brooklyn to the SF Bay Area for work starting July 1st (date has some flex). We both work in creative communications fields. We are looking for:

- Furnished 1-2 bedroom (with a layout that could enable two separate desk/work setups - one of us works remotely, the other hybrid)
- DogPatch, Potrero Hill area or anywhere within walking distance to the Cal Train at San Francisco Station or 22nd Street location.
- Ideally we’re looking for a furnished short term rental while we search for a more permanent place. However, we’re also open to signing a 1-2 year lease if we can find the right place.
- Both tidy, clean, non-smokers, no pets.
- Plenty of referrals from past landlords, neighbors, and current Coop Board
- Move in July 1st, with some flexibility
- There’s a chance we could swap places for our Brooklyn 1 bedroom on a tree-lined, landmarked street

About This Lister

My partner and I both live in Brooklyn, where we have been for the past 10 years. We are tenured professionals in the creative communications field (strategy and film and video production) and are excited to start a new adventure in SF! We spend our weekends exploring new restaurants, testing out new recipes, going for hikes, and going for runs. He plays soccer (intramural), I play tennis (USTA 2.5, but working on it!).
