About the Space:
Hi! I recently moved to San Francisco from France and am looking for a space with character, ideally a live/work loft or something a bit atypical.
I’m drawn to places that don’t feel like standard apartments: high ceilings, open layouts, large windows, concrete or industrial details, mezzanines, or converted warehouse-style spaces. Natural light and a sense of openness..
A bit about me:
I’m quiet, clean, and low-key. I tend to keep things calm at home. I have stable income, no issues with rent, and I’m happy to provide anything else. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets. I’m also flexible and easy to work with, and I understand the nuances of these kinds of spaces.
Details:
• Looking for a long-term setup
• Flexible on neighborhood (Mission, Dogpatch, SOMA, Potrero, etc.)
• Move-in ~3 months (flexible)
• Budget flexible depending on the space
• Can pay a few months upfront if helpful
If you have something that might be a good fit, especially something a bit unconventional, I’d love to hear from you!

I’m drawn to well-designed spaces with good finishes and a strong identity, which is hard in SF, something that feels like a real living space, not an office.
