Hello! I'm looking for my next solo living in space for at or under $3k/month (12-month lease), preferably in lower Manhattan or Brooklyn (open to many different neighborhoods, but prefer something with easy access to the city as I work in Midtown East). Looking for something with good light and laundry nearby, would love a walkable area close to public transit (wouldn’t we all, though?). I'd prefer a space with central AC/included AC units and a dishwasher, but they're not deal breakers. However, I only want to explore pet-friendly units as I hope to adopt in my next space!
