I am searching for a 1 year+ lease for a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment (that I can share with a roommate) in Brooklyn (Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, South Slope, Cobble Hill, Greenpoint); also open to considering Queens (Sunnyside, Ridgewood, Astoria).

Ideally, the space has plenty of light and is in a pre-war building that has character, but this is not always a requirement.

My budget is up to $2,500 a month.

I am an art & antique dealer, and have lived in NYC since 2021. Originally from the Berkshires in Massachusetts, I spent my 20s (and part of my 30s) living abroad as a student and educator in the UK, China, and New Zealand.

In addition to my own work in the art/antique world, I am employed as a part-time university advisor for international students (mainly in Brazil) seeking to apply to universities all over the globe.

Currently, I live in Crown Heights, with a sublet lease ending on May 1st. I'd love to find a space that is friendly and warm; where everyone feels comfortable recharging. and where the values of cleanliness, reliability, open communication and kindness are shared.
