We’re looking to sublease a 1–2 bedroom apartment starting March 1 (move-out date flexible, ideally 6–12 months). This would be for my partner and me. We’re currently subleasing in Nolita and would love to stay in the area:

Preferred Neighborhoods
• Soho / Nolita
• Little Italy / Chinatown
• Lower East Side
• East Village (specifically 6th–11th St between 1st & 3rd Ave)
• NoHo / Greenwich Village

Layout
• Ideally a 1-bedroom with good storage and closet space, or
• A 2-bedroom (closet space less important here)

We’re both highly responsible young professionals, quiet, clean, and respectful of the space. No pets.
Budget: up to $5,500/month.

Hi! I’m Jen and I’ll be living with my long term boyfriend, Tom. We’re both full-time creative professionals working in fashion, brand, and media, and are currently based in Nolita. We’re relocating because our sublease timing will be ending 3/1. We moved from LA late September 2025, but love the idea of staying in a sublease for the time being.

We’re quiet, clean, and very respectful of the spaces we live in. We really value having a calm, well-kept home to come back to. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and are the type of tenants who treat a sublet like it’s our own.

In our free time we love cooking, going to shows, traveling, and exploring the neighborhood. We’re very communicative, easy to work with, and happy to provide references if helpful. Looking forward to finding the right fit!
