I am seeking a short-term sublease or a room + private bathroom to rent from March - August.

Ideally looking for a furnished sublease of a full apartment in central or south Brooklyn. I'd also be open to the right fit of a room + bathroom.

My dream wishlist:

- outdoor space
- Would love to land in Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Ft Greene, Crown Heights, PLG, Downtown BK, Park Slope but am flexible

About This Lister

I am a 41-year old professional who previously lived in NYC for 17 years, working in government. I've returned for a short stint to work on the World Cup.

I come with the world's cutest dog, Tater Tot - a 10-pound Havapoo, who is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He does demand belly rubs, but blissfully doesn't chew or scratch on floors or furniture.

I am very clean, organized, and will treat your home like it's my own. Happy to water plants and take care of other maintenance chores while you are away.
