I'm currently in search of a long term rent stabilized apartment in Bed-Stuy, Prospect Heights, or Crown Heights areas - any solid location with access to the AC, J, or other lines.

Looking for:

Gems under $2,400
1BD or 1.5BD (ideally, but I'd be okay with a studio that has space to compartmentalize as well)
Lots of sunlight
Allows cats
Bathtub
Heat and hot water included
Laundry in accessible range (in-unit or in-building would be a plus of course!)
Prefer unfurnished, but okay if current tenant needs to leave stuff behind

My move-in date is very flexible! Anytime from Feb. 1 through mid-February is doable.
