I am looking for a long-term lease/sublet, and looking to live alone in a 1-bedroom or moderate/large sized studio, preferably anywhere on the east side of central park, midtown east or a nearby neighborhood on the 4,5,6. I am looking to move in the next 3-5 weeks, and my budget is around $2,300 - $2,600/month. I am not too picky about the specific amenities, but am looking for a space with the basics, a kitchen and private bathroom, not on the ground floor/basement, and in good condition.
