My roommate and I are looking for a 2BR lease takeover in the East Village for a mid-October or November 1 move, with a budget up to $4,500. We would love to stay in the East Village, but we are also open to other locations in Lower Manhattan or nearby in Brooklyn.

We’ve both lived in New York for years and in the East Village for over a year. While we’ve really loved our three bedroom, circumstances with our current living situation mean it isn’t the right fit for us to stay long-term. We’re excited to find something more sustainable that feels like home.

We’re responsible tenants with steady jobs and a solid rental history, and we’d love to connect directly with anyone moving out of a 2BR they’ve loved or with trusted leads and connections.
