I'm a hybrid worker who lives in northern Westchester. Looking for a furnished private room a few nights a week to avoid commuting. Manhattan only, ideally midtown or at least within 20 mins walk distance to grand central. Would like to pay commensurate with the time I'm spending there rather than the traditional roommate situation, as I will be spending very little time in the space (never working from home and out for dinner most evenings I spend there). Unique request, i know, but could be ideal for an older adult accustomed to their privacy but would like to supplement rent/expenses rather than have a full time roommate.
