Hi!

After 6 years I'm moving back to New York from Los Angeles. I am hoping to end up somewhere central (Bed-Stuy proper is my fave) and if there was a duplex with outdoor space OR a 2 bedroom with a balcony that would be excellent.

Budget is $5500 and I do have a dog, a 20 lb, quiet, clean, non-destructive pup. I'm also happy to look anywhere super walkable and developed. I used to live on Quincy street so hoping for near HVK park, but again, if it's nice enough we can make do.

No roommate, my boyfriend intends to move in when his lease ends in October, he has perfect credit, and is also clean and non-destructive.
