- Quiet street a short walk from the forest ave m
- Railroad style - bedroom shares no walls with anyone
- Newly renovated w/ bathtub
- Private backyard w/ space & sun for gardening
- Coin washer & dryer in the basement

The place is honestly a gem - only weird thing is that the entrance to the yard is through my bedroom, but i'm cool with people passing through.

I’m Rox - a 29yo nonbinary (they/them) clinical herbalism student, frontman of a two piece grunge rock band, and cat parent. When I'm not working I spend most of my time writing music, going to shows, or playing shows with my band. Also love spending time outside exploring city parks, and actually lead monthly plant walks in Prospect. Love to cook and occasionally host, but otherwise I prioritize a peaceful home.
