I’m seeking a roommate to fill the second bedroom of this bright and sunny Lower East Side apartment! The apartment is on the sixth floor of a walk-up, and the room is the smaller of the two in the apartment with a window, a storage hutch, and a closet. The area is awesome, it’s a couple of blocks away from amazing bars and restaurants in Dimes Square. Very easy access to the F train. We pay for WiFi and electricity on top of rent every month. There is no laundry in the building, although there are laundromats very nearby. The apartment has a dishwasher and roof access. Move-in available ASAP!

This will be a full add-on to the year-long lease. It’s a very standard rental application (guarantors accepted), and then you will be added to the lease officially. What will be due at signing is rent for the month and half of the security deposit.

I am looking to rent this space to someone who does not have pets of their own but is very enthusiastic about living with my wonderful cats and who is extremely clean as a person. I would prefer someone who does not work remotely 100% of the time, and I would also prefer to rent the space to another woman!
