Seeking a short term (1.5-3 months) sublet in brookyln - ideal neighbourhoods Williamsburg, Bedstuy, Bushwick or nearby surrounding. Lower Manhattan is OK too for the right price.

2500-3000 is the sweetspot.

I'm moving over from San francisco in September and a sublet would be perfect to have my feet on the ground while i hunt for my own place longer term. However if the place is just right im open to a longer term arrangement.

Flexible with dates and duration and arrangement. I am happy with a bedroom in a shared apartment, or am entire 1 bedroom apartment.

Furnished preferable but not essential.
If sharing with roomates, prefer a place with ensuite/private bathroom.
